Guliani industries, an ISO certified company, produces top-quality forged and machined components tailored to meet customer specifications and standards. To ensure optimal productivity, we use premium ferrous and non-ferrous steel in the design of our products. Finished Forging

To develop critical components, we manufacture forging components and CNC finished forgings made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.

In House Process

Our in-house infrastructure ensures ZERO Defect & on-time delivery. We cover all processes from raw material testing to CNC machining.

International Quality

In order to ensure ZERO Defects & on-time delivery, we have invested in in-house infrastructure that covers all the processes from raw material testing to CNC machining.

Production Capability

In our CNC machine shop, we can deliver fully finished forgings with an accuracy up to 10 microns. We can forge components up to 20 kg and have a production capacity up to 12000 MT per year.

Our Strength

Among the materials we commonly use are high quality grades of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, as well as raw materials that are arranged according to the specifications of customers. To ensure that the raw materials are of the highest quality, incoming materials are inspected. Our extensive inventory and ability to arrange raw materials in the shortest lead time make us one of the industry’s pioneers.
