To develop critical components, we manufacture forging components and CNC finished forgings made of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel, and non-ferrous metals.
Our in-house infrastructure ensures ZERO Defect & on-time delivery. We cover all processes from raw material testing to CNC machining.
In order to ensure ZERO Defects & on-time delivery, we have invested in in-house infrastructure that covers all the processes from raw material testing to CNC machining.
In our CNC machine shop, we can deliver fully finished forgings with an accuracy up to 10 microns. We can forge components up to 20 kg and have a production capacity up to 12000 MT per year.
All major operations are performed in-house, such as raw material testing, die design and manufacturing, forging, heat treatment, shot blasting, crack detection, and CNC machining, thus creating better feature with precision.
