  • We provide full engineering support at the product design stage of the foging and machined process
  • We are currently using the latest industry standard in CAD /CAM software .this include AUTO CAD and SOLIDWORKS .
  • We can work with DWG ,SLD,STEP FILE ,PDF format.

Machining Capabilities

Our CNC machining capabilities include 5 axis milling, 3 axis milling, mill/turn, production turn, sliding head turn and centre lathe turn.

5- Axis Milling Capabilities

  • Compoents upto 600mm in diameter
  • 3 AXIS Milling Capabilities
  • Compoents upto 1200mm long, 600mm wide and 600mm high

Mill/Turn Capabilities

  • Compoents upto 300mm diameter and 700mm in length

Production Turn Capabilities

  • Components upto 51mm diameter and 100mm in length.

Sliding Head Turning Capabilities
